Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, freight tracking will depend on the shipping method used.
Sea Freight
Track international sea shipments using information such as:
- Vessel Name
- Container Number
- Bill of Lading Number
- Departure Port
- Arrival Port
- ETD / ETA
- Current Status
Where available, we'll provide the relevant tracking link or reference number.

Track air shipments using information such as:

Use the tracking link or Air Waybill number provided with your shipping information.

Where Do I Find My Tracking Details?
Your tracking information may be available through:
MyProjects
Order update emails
Shipping confirmation emails
Freight documents
Carrier or freight forwarder tracking links
If a tracking number or link has not yet been issued, the shipment may not have been collected or entered into the carrier's tracking system.
Tracking Times Can Change
International freight schedules can be affected by port congestion, customs clearance, weather, vessel or flight changes, rail delays, carrier schedules, public holidays and local delivery arrangements.
Estimated delivery dates should therefore be treated as estimates until the shipment has reached its final delivery stage.
